I’m Lola Ayanda, a global communications strategist with 15+ years of experience shaping narratives across Africa, Europe, and international humanitarian organisations. I work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, ethics, and public relations to help mission-driven organisations transform fragmented communications into clear, consistent narratives that align leaders, engage stakeholders, and drive transformative outcomes.

What I do

I don’t just “do PR” or push messages; I architect clarity out of chaos, turning fragmented messages into integrated campaigns that move people to act. My career began in grassroots television and radio in Nigeria, where I learned to craft stories that resonate across cultures, languages, and platforms. From there, I moved to community-rooted organisations, where every word had the power to mobilise, and now support leaders and teams across the globe to communicate with conviction and purpose.

Communication is never neutral; it is political. The way issues are framed, whose voices are amplified, and which narratives are repeated all influence power, perception, and progress. I embrace this reality by using communications as a strategic tool to bridge divides, build trust, and catalyse positive, social justice-oriented action.
